Data security at Solven4 is built around one core principle: sensitive credentials should never leave the systems that already control them, and everything else should be encrypted in transit and access-controlled at rest.
The most sensitive piece of information in your trading life — your broker login and password — is never entered into Solven4 and never stored on Solven4 servers. Connection happens through the Solven4 Expert Advisor running inside your own MetaTrader terminal, which reports trade activity outward using a personal API token rather than your account credentials.
This design removes an entire category of risk: even in the unlikely event of a breach elsewhere, there is no broker password sitting in a Solven4 database to expose, because one was never collected in the first place.
Data in transit between your terminal, our infrastructure, and your dashboard is encrypted. Access to your account data is restricted to your authenticated session, and internal access controls govern who and what can read account-level data behind the scenes.
Security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong, unique Solven4 account password, keep your personal API token private (treat it the way you'd treat any credential), and enable any additional account protection options available in your security settings.
