How Solven4 collects, uses, and protects your information across the platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how Solven4 ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, and Services across EDGE, FORGE, ORACLE, and NEXUS. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Account information: name, email address, and any profile details you choose to add, such as your bio or public trading handle.
Synced trading data: trade-level data reported from your MetaTrader terminal via the Solven4 EA — entries, exits, size, timing, and resulting performance metrics used to build your Trading DNA profile, audit trail, and leaderboard eligibility. We do not collect or store your broker account password; the EA authenticates using a personal API token instead.
Usage and device data: information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address, typically collected via cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6.
Content you provide: journal entries, support requests, bug reports, and any communications you send us.
We use collected information to operate and improve the Services — including building your analytics dashboards, powering the AI Coach, Rules Engine, and Intelligence Core, maintaining your audit trail and leaderboard standing, processing subscription billing, providing customer support, and communicating with you about your account.
Where you opt in, we also use information to support features you choose to enable, such as a public Operator Card, leaderboard visibility, or FORGE-managed social and lead-generation automation.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics infrastructure providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data; other users, only to the extent you explicitly choose to make information public (for example, a public leaderboard handle or an Operator Card); and legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Solven4 or others.
Any white-label or partnership relationship (see our Help Center's Partnerships section) that involves data sharing beyond what's described here is governed by a separate, explicit agreement with the relevant partner.
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your account and trading data. Your broker credentials are never collected or stored, by design — connectivity relies on the Solven4 EA and a personal API token rather than a shared password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookie preferences through the cookie banner presented on your first visit, or through your browser settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using core features of the Services.
We retain account and trading data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any retention required by law or legitimate business need (such as maintaining financial records).
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most account information directly from your settings, or contact us at hello@solven4.ai to exercise these rights.
You control visibility of your trading data — your leaderboard presence, Operator Card, and any signal distribution are opt-in features you can enable or disable at any time.
Solven4 may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
