Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solven4 website, applications, and services — including EDGE, FORGE, ORACLE, and NEXUS (together, the "Services") — provided by SOLVEN4 ("Solven4," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including individual traders, introducing brokers, signal providers, and partners accessing any part of the Solven4 ecosystem.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using Solven4, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on trading, brokerage referrals, or financial promotion in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Solven4 account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Your Solven4 account password is separate from, and never linked to, your broker login credentials. We do not store or request your broker account password at any point — see Section 6 and our Privacy Policy for details on how broker connectivity works.

Solven4 provides trading analytics and behavioral insight (EDGE), CRM and lead-generation tools for trading-adjacent businesses (FORGE), market intelligence (ORACLE), and business-operations tooling (NEXUS), unified by a shared Intelligence Core. Features, availability, and functionality may vary by subscription tier and may be updated, added, or removed over time.

Solven4 is a technology and analytics platform. It is not a broker, does not hold client funds, does not execute trades, and does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing within the Services constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

All content on Solven4 — including analytics, market intelligence from ORACLE, AI Coach observations, journal prompts, and blog or Help Center articles — is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, including any performance shown on the Solven4 leaderboard or in a verified audit trail, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

Solven4 connects to supported trading platforms (currently MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5) through the Solven4 Expert Advisor (EA), a plugin you install directly inside your own trading terminal. The EA reports trade activity to Solven4 using a personal API token; it does not transmit your broker account password, and it cannot place, modify, or close trades on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the security of your trading terminal and personal API token. Solven4 is not responsible for actions taken directly within your broker account or terminal outside of the Solven4 EA's reporting function.

Certain features require a paid subscription across one or more of Solven4's four divisions, billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Solven4 to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; unless otherwise stated, access typically continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our refund policy referenced in the Help Center.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, interfering with the normal operation of the Services, reverse-engineering the platform, scraping data at scale, or using the Services to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content — including fabricated performance claims inconsistent with your actual synced trading data.

Solven4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misrepresent verified performance data.

The Solven4 name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of Solven4 and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services. You retain ownership of your own trading data and content you create (such as journal entries), subject to the license you grant us to operate the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (such as MetaTrader, payment processors, or social channels you choose to connect). Solven4 is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Partnership arrangements — affiliate, white-label, or funding — are governed by separate agreements referenced in our Help Center's Partnerships section, in addition to these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solven4 disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
